This includes periodic management reviews to identify new issues, agree where changes need to be implemented and highlight where staff training is required.

A. Once we have identified the services required and agreed these with you, we will advise you of the total number of days recommended per annum.
A typical small business would book 4 x half days per annum, these half days would be scheduled in through the course of the year. This will ensure your network is reviewed and updated 4 times a year. Managed Security Services is completely flexible and you can book as much or as little time as your company needs.
After a twelve month period we assess the total number of days actually used and determine whether more or less is required for the following year.
